“It’s important for us that the SelfCookingCenter® that we have can provide us with consistent and efficient cooking without compromising with the taste,” says Mr Didih. “Certain dishes like the beef lungs have to be boiled for three hours, but with the aid of the SelfCookingCenter®, it would be greatly reduced to just 45 minutes through the steaming function.”
The staff are observed to be more productive since the installation of the SelfCookingCenter® and the cost of energy used have notably reduced due to the efficiency of the RATIONAL units.
