Working closely with Collin’s, our kitchen designers customised a solution that would serve their new menu and designed a custom dry-aging display cabinet.

Collin’s wanted to do something different from their usual setup. With the desire to open a restaurant that is a little bit different from their usual setup, Chef Collin approached us to equip his new brainchild restaurant with the best equipment suited for his menu.
With the focus being the perfect relationship between simple, quality ingredients and great equipment, we came up with a set of equipment that delivered exactly just that. Shown here is one of the dishes that Collin’s Gastro Dining serves, a simple yet delicious steak cooked in the Mibrasa Charcoal Oven.
